Poor Customer Service !

<p>I am so upset right now I will **** someone. I had a service plan for my car with Liquid Capital since from last year. Today I decided to call as I needed to find some information regarding my plan. I spoke to the first consultant by the name of Tumi and she never picked up anything regarding my plan being cancelled, I called again for the second time as I realised there was a mistake on my plan details that I had. The lady then tells me that my plan was cancelled since they havent been getting payment from February. To my suprice I havent recieved any sms or email from them to make me aware that I am behind with my payments. I can only imagine myself taking my car in for a service and been told that my plan was cancelled. This is unacceptable and total poor customer service from Liquid Capital!</p>
