Poor communication
I took out an extended service plan. When I received my documents the cover start was incorrect. It was such a struggle to get through to them. Eventually when I was able to speak to a administrator, I was told it was the incorrect start date. They didn't send me an amended letter. Not impressed with their service. I cancelled this policy.
