PLAN CANCELLED WITH NO COMMUNICATION

I am so utterly disappointed at the level of service that Liquid Capital provides. I sent an email on Monday regarding my plan that they CANCELLED WITH NO COMMUNICATION to me whatsoever and TILL THIS DAY NO PHONE NOR EMAIL NOR TEXT HAS BEEN MADE TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY EMAIL. NON THE LESS THEY GOOD AT THAT MOES.

Over the weekend I took my car to the dealership in order to get a service done however I was informed that the service plan was CANCELLED?? Nothing could be done as I was informed I needed to contact LIQUID CAPITAL. On Monday I contacted them and spoke to a lady from the finance department to said to me my plan was cancelled in Jan following that in Dec no payment was made. Funny enough they are debiting me for 2 plans, how is it that the 1st one is still being debited till date regardless of the payment not pulling through but the 2nd one is CANCELLED?? After the phone call I decided to check my statement and to my surprise I had sufficient amount in DEC so why did you not debit it ???????????????????? only Hell would know. I sent an email with PROOF THAT THERE WERE FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT HOWEVER NO RESPONSE NON-WHATSOEVER IS BEING GIVEN. I AM STILL WAITING FOR EVIDENCE TO BE SENT TO ME THAT THEY TRIED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH ME REGARDING THE DEBIT ORDER ?????!!!!!! I WANT AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY HAVE YOU NOT CANCELLED THE FIRST PLAN SEEING THAT YOU CANCELLED THE SECOND ONE …………………………….
