PHATHECTIC SERVICE AND UNRESOLVED

So my query apparently has been resolved by liquid capital by not helping their client, who has been with them for the last 6 years. reference number CAS-843577-R9H8B7 I got call from Karen, who tells me all the issue with my compliant that I have not logged a complaint with. I then asked if she read my complaint, her reply was "yes", but still went about other issues that I did not complain about. I then tried to tell her again, but the understanding of my complaint was just not registering.

I then get a SMS after speaking to her that my query has been resolved, which she mentioned to me that she would call me back(confused).

I then get an email from dolly stating "Kindly note you still within the waiting period, thus we need to collect 4 consecutive debits before you can claim against the policy. Then again the understanding...was not registering

what surprises me the most is what Karen said to me during the phone call. she said" that we do operate like that" not sure what she meant by "we". And also saying there's nothing we can do, Karen also mentioned that I did not pay for my policies, I then asked her who did, she said the bank, I said then why don't you have the banks name on the policy "no answer", I am not sure if that too was not registering

absolutely noting can be done, for a client who has with your company for the past years, I absolutely glad that I experienced this problem now and not another years 6 later, because I want my policy cancelled immediately, and will not advise any of my family and friends to take out policy with Liquid Capital
