Pathetic service!!! Totally ****!!

Don't even bother getting a deal with them.. after paying premiums for 11 months they failed to authorize a service for my car. The day before i took my car in for a service i called them to make sure if everything is ok and if i can take my car in for a service and i was told everything is in order. When the dealer tried to get authorization he was told that i need to send certain documents, natis and license disc. I did that and 3 days later after 50 calls being sent from pillar to post they still couldn't authorize..
