Pathetic service Liquid Capital
I recently renewed my vehicle service plan with LiquidCapital. Renault Clearwater contacted them to authorise my 120 000 km service LC advised that the service only kicks in from 135 000km. Why would anybody agree to this? Now they are trying to get out of paying for the service and took a whole day looking for calls and contracts. What pathetic service. Still without my vehicle going on 2 days.
