PATHETIC SERVICE FROM SINQOBILE MONQEKA FROM LIQUID CAPITAL

I'm furious and disappointed in the bad service received from Liquid Capital, I have been a loyal customer for the past 2 to 3 years. They have cancelled my account according to them due to insufficient funds. I emailed my bank statement to an agent Sinqobile Monqeka advising me they never received a payment for Feb and March,,,,, I then asked her to explain the amount that went off in February and never got a response... I have never had such pathetic and poor service. I have not received 1 statement for the years that i have been with this pathetic company.
