Pathetic service and assistance

The worst customer service I've experienced. I called in and was literally transferred 5 times to a different consultant and this happens each time after I give my policy number. The moment I ask for the consultant's name they transfer me to another consultant. The one consultant even just dropped the call when I said I don't understand what he is asking for. Even after all that still haven't been helped with the issue at hand.
