PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pathetic service!!!! I don't think this company understands service delivery. It doesn't exist in their books! I truly feel ****** of my money. After my experience with them writing the incorrect VIN number when I signed up with them, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! They have made this my problem however I decided to comply and submitted the Natis letter they requested from me. This clearly didn't solve the problem as they said it would. It has been 2 months now and my car is still not serviced.😭 I asked for termination and a refund 3 weeks ago and there is still no action from their end. Horrible experience indeed. They don't communicate, don't reply to my emails and when I call the agents hang up the phone on me. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them, they deserve anything beneath 1 star.
