Pathetic Service

i have paid R550 monthly for 15 months (R8250 ) for service plan and they are saying my plan has expired. Plan LIQ****104514 further more Sinqobile promised to sort everything and come back to me before end of business day ,however am still waiting for the call. What a pathetic service.
