Pathetic Service
Received a call this morning regarding my service plan I did not get the agents name however I received the worst service till date she was absolutely rude upon me requesting answers about my service plan she then states "I don't want to add my 2cents comments" aswell as she continously laughed on the call..please can I request call recording for the call that was made to my number this morning on *** and also have this agent escalated
