Pathetic service

Took out a policy with liquid Capital, they got the money for nothing. 1stly went for service and they didn't want to service my car because I missed a service which was due in January, I was at 146k and was told I have to be close to 150k how far is 146k from 148k? Then I found out my warranty has expired, no notification no call no sms no nothing. that's the pathetic service you deliver. I think this matter should be referred to the Ombudsman as this is unfair service to your clients, this is a money making scheme
