Pathetic service

Since 01/09/2017 when i took a policy theres always a problem whenever i have too book for service, theres issues. Again i called to book a service for my car, this lady tells me my contract has been cancelled, i told her i havent cancelled and debit orders are still be deducted regulary on my account.She then puts me onhold and she said the accounts depart will explain whats going on, i was onhold for 20mins then someone picked up and then hang up. THIS HAPPENED TWICE TODAY i have not received notications about my debit orders not thru & that my contract was cancelled. I really dont understand whats going on there.
