Pathetic seevice, cancellatuon request not done

Spoke to Nomathemba Mazibuko on monday the 16th asking the service plan to be cancelled as ive traded in the car. The policy was only going to start 1 august. Policy hasnt started yet but its a mission to cancel the policy. What is so hard. Today its the 20th, why is the policy not cancelled. I asked her for feedback and she advised the request is still pending, why?
