Pathetic Customer Service

Very ********** experience with this Capital. On about the 10 of June 2020, i took Warranty Cover for my car, the Policy was sold by Bafana Mabena. The cover was supposed to start on the 1st of August! I call them on the 4th of August to check the status of the Cover? To my shock nobody could locate the covet for over 2 hours on the line! FINALY someone pics it up & gives me this Policy Number CEN***3, they transfer Msure to activate the cover, M-Sure says they can’t find the Policy on the side & they transfer me back to Liquid Capital & Liquid Capital sends back to Msure till i hang up. I file a complaint to the customer care & this reference is given to me “Dear Customer, Your Customer Query has been received by LiquidCapitals Customer Care Department. The reference number for this query is CAS-764825-B2D4N3. Thank you LiquidCapital Customer Service Team”

I call on the 6th to check the status & lo & behold, nobody can locate the case. I tossed again between M-sure & Liquid Capital till after an hour I hanged up. Each time i call? Someone promises to help me, to my shock NOTHING results in anything

I emailed the sales consultant & the manager canceling the non existent policy. I certainly hope they will. Stay away from these people. I struggle to take a cover with them, imagine how worse it Will be when I claim.
