Pathetic

On the 16th June 2018 I purchased a vehicle from Hyundai Constantia Kloof. The vehicle was on 24000km and the last service was on the 12/06/2018 which was for (30000km). The dealership purchased maintenance plan from Liquid Capital which was started on 13/06/2018 and was supposed to cover me for 2 years or 30000km. I took a car for service today and I'm shocked to find out that the maintenance plan was supposed to cover 30000km and 45000km. My question is how can a this policy be for 30000km when the vehicle has already went for 30000km service?
