Outstanding Assistance

With having a terrible experience at a Renault dealership with my car I bought brand new and has issues since I bought the car, I left the car at the dealer where it was standing for 9 months. I decided to fetch the car as i needed to get another opinion and actually some assistance. With this being said I missed my first service. Jared from Liquid Capital called me and heard my reason as to why I was unable to have it serviced as it was at the dealership at the time and escalated it to the customer service liaison Mpho and wow it was prompt, professional and they managed to get approval for my first service I have missed. The telephone experience has been helpful and friendly and Liquid Capital has delivered. Thank you for listening to my complaint and handling me so professionally.
