One diamond in a sea of useless stones.

My issue/complaint was handled by Tarini Govender and she is an absolute blessing. Dedicated. Hard working. Humble. Reliable. They should promote her to national training manager so she can teach everyone else at that company how to actually do their work. I cannot speak highly enough of her. The rest of her co workers are still useless and as amazing as Tarini is, she cannot change that fact. I consider myself very fortunate that she was put in charge of solving my complaint. I am confident the matter would not have been resolved to my current level of satisfaction by anyone else working there. If you have to contact them, do not waste your time and frustrate yourself by speaking to anyone else but her. Yes she is that good.
