On June 2, I called Liquid Capital to notify them that my car is due for services and to get authorization to take it in. I was given CAS-***-T3V7Z1 - I was told to take the car in and the dealer will call them for authorization. I booked my car in yesterday, June 9, only to be told to go fetch my car because their services frequency is different to the dealer's services frequency. They will update the policy and take it from there. What was the use for my call and to provide them with the car's mileage? What were they doing between June 2 and 9? Who is going to pay for my time, petrol and inconvenience?
