****** of R20 000!!!!!!!

I have been paying for a service plan for just on two years totalling R26519 on one of my vehicles. i took my car in for a service and the service came to R3495. I asked the dealer to adjust my handbrake and they said no i am not covered. The cost was R400. Of all the premiums paid they could not just add that to the bill i would have had to pay it out of pocket. Seeing that i have paid all these premiums surely they could have covered that. Nonetheless i cancel the policy because i could have had that money in my bank account earning interest. When asked what now happens to the 20K balance i am simply told that i lose all that money because i cancelled the policy. it is absolutely disgusting that this company is legally allowed to ***** R20K and get away with it. Be very careful with this company!! I dont drive the car a lot so it did not need to be serviced in the first two years (they will only service this specific car when the computer tells them to. so they score all the way. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!
