Not trustworthy
Super disappointed with LiquidCapital. I only found out when my car being serviced that my service plan has expired. I was taking the car for 90,000Km service and to my knowledge and the contract, LiquidCapital was to pay for the services up to 105,000Km. If really it is expired why couldn’t they contact me and let me know that the service plan is about to expire and give me advices on the way forward.
