Not honoring my vehicle services due to lack of mileage

I took a 3yr/120000 service plan with Liquid Capital. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 pandemic I unfortunately didn't use the vehicle often. The 3yr plan expired on 15/12/20. My vehicle mileage is still 104000km and service is due However Liquid Capital refuses to pay for my services. Totally disappointing with company since we were under the extreme Lockdown situations that I wasn't able to drive the vehicle every day.
