Not getting information
<p>Good day,</p> <p>I have been calling Liqiud Capital for the past 7 days now, trying to get their account details to settle the remiander of my account. I get promisses they will send thte details via e-mail to no avail.</p> <p>I have called them more that twice now, I am out of ideas, all I want is to close this matter. Can someone with proper access and know how of their business pleae call and provide these details?</p> <p> </p> <p>The account you use to collect the premium is closed and your cellections will bounce and I will report you to the ombuds for bad credit as I have done all neccessary steps from my side and you are not coming to the table.</p> <p>Below is the agent I have been dealing with via e-mail and Ia also called more than twice and was promised to be given your account details with out success.</p> <p>"Good day<br /> <br />Thank you for your email.<br /> <br />The plan has to be cancelled, but there is a shortfall amount of 1,281.51 that has to be settled before the plan is cancelled.<br /> <br />Regards<br /> </p> <p>Simiselo Phiri | Customer Care Agent "</p>
