No Value for Money
I took a service plan for 105K, 120K and 135K which was to be effective after the 4th month. On the 4th month before the deduction went off end of the month I needed to do the 105K service. I was told that I need to pay cash as I they can only pay after the 4th deduction went off which was going off in a 2 weeks.
I went ahead with the service and paid cash. I was then told that the service will move to the next 3 services meaning 120K, 135K and 150K. They did pay for 120K and 135K. When I needed to do the 150K service, I was then told that I don't have an active policy and have to pay cash.
I called Liquid Capital to find out why didn't I have an active policy and I was told that I have been given incorrect information. The solution for them was that I should cancel the policy. I had to pay close to R9000 that I didn't have for a service that was supposed to be paid by them. They didn't even consider the fact that I was given the incorrect information by their representative.
How can one trust such a service provider?
