No Service Plan

There was an agent that called me for a service plan, that was on the 20/08/2018, however she mentioned that after 30 days the plan will be activated, and there will be a premium of R158.33 added on my vehicle finance installment, and the documents will be sent via email, till today i haven't received the documents. The agent also mentioned at 90 000km i can also take my car for service. The car is now doing 92 000km and no service plan is activated. I even received an sms stating congratulations on accepting your Generic service. All i need is for my policy to be activated, so i can take my car for a service.
