No serioussness in time efficiency

Their time management is very poor they say on an automatic email reply to give them 24-48hrs to process you quire but even 3 days after that i did not get feedback i had to keep on calling where they would put me through to the wrong department multiple times and holding on for almost half an hour everytime i was so sick when it came to speaking to the right person i just left everyting!
