No more financial policies

It is now 3 weeks since I try to convince liquid capital to cancel my agreement on the paint damage I took out on my vehicle without any success I provided them with my ID and my vehicles VIN number now they insist that I should also provide them with the following; 1. Copy of ID/Business registration papers, 2. Bank statement not older than 3 months 3. Settlement letter should you have settled the accounts with the finance house 4. Written off letter if written off What the hell is wrong with these financial companies are we damn idiots There is nothing wrong with my car I just want to cancel the paint damage policy
