No communication for 6 months after inception of policy

Liquid Capital are great at selling their products but do not provide post sale service. They didn't have my email address and so they didn't send me my policy document for 6 months since inception of the policy. However, they have had my cell number all along. I should have received a phone call or an sms, 6 months is a long time to keep quiet about a problem. In line with treating customers fairly (legislation), if I honour my part of the contract by paying my debit orders, then Liquid Capital should be treating me fairly, not just collecting debit orders.
