No clear communications for the purpose of de*****ing 1st time buyers.
Bought my Hyundai i20, 2015 model new with 4th service plan/ 60000km service plan. Hyundai must have been tooo busy trying to get the deal &move to the next one that terms &conditions of the service plan lye heavily on the vehicle date of purchase (30 June 2015) not on number of services nor km especially for someone who doesn't travel as much as I do therefore never reached the 15000km p.a. My 1st service was end July 2016, 2nd was early August 2017, 3rd was was mid October 2018, all the times Hyundai called me to bring my car for service. This year when my car started making funny noises and everyone suggested "take it for service" so I called Hyundai to book it in however they told me I have to pay because my service plan expired 30 June 2019 so call Liquid Capital. Who /what is Liquid Capital - is it not the same companythat called me when my scratch & dent insurance was about to exipre, what does scratch &dent have with service plan? I asked. "Am not sure of those details but Liquid Capital is the company you bought a service from" She rep**** Am not sure what you are on about because I bought my car from Hyundai & so is the service plan. I rep**** & she explained. So I called Liquid Capital who claimed my service plan expired already and they can't pay for my service as Hyundai should have explained everything to me & they didnt.
The question is why is it that Liquid Capital didnt take a responsibility in explaining such was my very 1st service &others after wasn't before /on the date of purchase but after. Why didnt they say anything? Is it how these vultures prey on 1st time car buyers like myself ? Othereise my service plan expired, why didnt they call me as they did when my scratch & dent insurance was about to expire ?
This is not by far ethical for a company to **** people in broad day light, truly. Who do I complain about this, my car is long overdue for a service.
