Never ever use LiquidCapital as your Maintenance plan for new car

when i took Liquid Capital maintenance plan for my brand new Reanul Clio 4 Blaze Limited Edition 2016 i thought it was the best decision ever. only until now when my car is 7 months old with 12700 km i had a clutch problem. at first when i did the claim i was told its decline but i couldnt understand why they aredeclining so i did the follow up. at first when i call and ask why they are declining i was told it is not a wear and tear problem i broke a cluth plate so i asked them how is it possible that i have broke the clutch cause the car just lost power then the onsultant said they could see it on pictures. but i saw the pictures myself, it was clear wear and tear situation.

when i bring up the wear and tear point then the guy change the story to why would a car as brand new as it is have a clutch problem. the reason we not covering is because the car is still brand new so there is no way it can have a wear and tear problem. so i remind the guy of this line on their contract "We will terminate this Agreement within the first 6 months if all wear-and tear
parts listed don’t have a minimum life of 10 000 kilometres or 6 months" . mind you my car is 8 months old and has 12700 km on it right now. when i explain to the guy about this he went far by dropping my phone calls. mind you, i was the one who called and i was using my own airtime.

i honestly believe that this cmpanies reap us too much. especially when you're o woman and you know nothing about cars. right now i am ready for Reanult to take their car back i dont want it. immediately i will cancel this maitenance plan and look for a better one.
