NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

<p>So i bought a service plan from this company, at the time the advisor told me that i would have to pay four payments before i could claim my first service, i agreed...</p> <p>I called back recently to find out if i could make the fourth payment manually as my car needs to be serviced so that i do not lose my warrantee.</p> <p>They told me i am not allowed to make a manual payment so i must wait until the fourth month is over, no where did they say that in the first sales call, so they were clearly happy to take my money, yet not happy to assist when needed.</p> <p>I explained my car is my source of income, they could not give a damn, so do i walk to work everyday for two weeks because they dont not want me to send a manual payment..?</p>
