Need help about dial direct insurance

Need help about dial direct insurance.On the 3 July I had a car accident hit by truck and insurance is communicating with the truck owner i provided them with all necessary documentation.my problem comes when they suppose to pay 1. They said i have cancelled shortfall and i know i didn’t and i ask them to provide recordings they fail 2. After that they are saying i have not paid my premiums for March ,April and May automatically shortfall is cancelled I’m 100% sure that it never happened like that it was paid even sent proof of payments 3.They said will pay value of the car R382 862,76 and balance of R96 104 ,77 to my surprise R195 331,08 is a remaining balance instead .I m so so sad cause my car is written off but still owing the bank so much .from Mbhele G P ***
