My worst night mare became a reality

My worst night mare became a reality on Saturday night when I phone roadside assiance from Motor Happy. Firstly they could not pick up my policy/name/ID on their system yet I pay a premium every month since May 2018.

I was stuck and they simply did not come through! The level of customer service is beyond the pits! I have been waiting for their road side assistants and customer care assistants to call me back! This is the worst service I have ever received I feel like this is my worst night mare.
