My vehicle service plan of 5 years expired in June 2025 though my due date for service was in November 2025 or 15 000km traveled was not yet reached

My vehicle service plan of 5 years expired in June 2025 though my due date for service was in November 2025 or 15 000km traveled was not yet reached. I only had 4 services on the vehicle and was 1 service due for the 5 year period. I contacted LiquidCapital, spoke to Tshepang Chuene and explain the situation and requested LiquidCapital to cover for the service though the service plan already expired. He was very helpful and promised to take the request to his management for review. I was happy to be informed by Tshepang that my request was approved to cover the service that was overdue.
