My car sevice claim was rejected this morning due to late service request
My car sevice claim was rejected this morning due to late service request. I called in and Tiisetso Ramugadi was kind enough to listen to my explanation and confirmed that since I was insured with them from 2016 and that this is the 1st time i took the car in late for service she will escalate on my behalf. I am delighted to confirm that the car service claim is now approved. Thanks to her and the professional service she provided me. 🤩
