My car claim was rejected last week Wednesday due to some expired service plan which I was not aware of but after calling and speaking to Karabo Mokgoo she made sure that I was assisted and claim processed smoothly
My car claim was rejected last week Wednesday due to some expired service plan which I was not aware of but after calling and speaking to Karabo Mokgoo she made sure that I was assisted and claim processed smoothly. I just want to commend her for patience, professionalism and empathy when dealing with my query. Her consistent follow-ups made me feel so much at ease. I am delighted to confirm that my car was serviced yesterday without any issues. Thank you Karabo you are a Super STAR.
