My first experience was not the same as this one. But it was at last sorted. After checking with call center that my account was active before going to the dealer ship when i got to the dealer , the dealer was told that my account was not active. I called again and the account was active and the job was completed. Thank you but it took them about 2 hours and 30 minutes to sort out the authorization and the claim that had to be sent twice before the job could start.
However, still thankful for the job well done at the dealership. Kia at Tygervalley Cape Town.
