I app**** for a service plan and they said yes I can get one service. In March there was no debit order so I accepted I was paid up seeing that I had already paid quite a few months and no one called and surely the amount was not that high as one service couldn't cost that much. I took my vehicle for its service and I hear its been cancelled. so I call and ask and the lady says sorry in March the debit order didn't go through so the service was cancelled. So I asked why they didn't even send an email or sms or just call me but she just keeps quite? so I ask what would it cost to catch up the installments no I have to settle the full amount which is apparently R6000 where they get that I have yet to under stand because R340 x 6 months that I'm in supposedly in arear's would amount to just over R2000. They obviously do this as a rule to **** people into paying installments and then quietly stop it so that they gain and the contractor looses months of premiums I am very angry and whant my installments back.
