Most Horrible Experiece

<p>I have never seen such incompetency coupled with bad service! I called Liquid Capital in october to ask for my debit order date to be changed from 20th to 25th, guess what I was debited on 20th despite the consultant having confirmed that the date has been changed.<br />I called liquid capital again in November to ask about my plan and to extend it & in that phone call they could not find my details but found the car! Car owner states unallocated! The lady said she had changed/ updated/allocated the vehicle under my name!!!! </p> <p>I just called again and still they cannot find my details on the specified vehicle! The debit order has gone off on the 20th, I am just lost for words!!!!! what is this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! a circus of some sort!</p>
