Firstly I'd like to say I am SHOCKED at all the negative reviews regarding said company. Please sort this out as I am a fan and have had smooth service so far.

To summarize my experience... with all that's happening I overlooked the fact that the cotract stated that the vehicle should be serviced on 12 monthly basis And focused on the mileage. Yesterday after pleading with the Consultant (Monica R - I won't state the full surname) and she escalated my request to authorize the servicing of my vehicle. I am very grateful. I hope she and Palesa receive salary increases.
