Money deductions but no service

For a while now I have tried to get this people to send me my policy documents....but all I get is a no reply from either phone calls or via Emails. They deduct money from your account and then they tell you that you are not registered on their systems, but refuse to pay the money back. I have gotten my lawyer to mail them, but they don't even reply to him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE!!!!
