Missed/Delayed Service
I recently had to lodge a Claim with Liquid Capital after failing to take in my vehicle when it was due for a service. This wasn’t due to negligence. The vehicle was involved an accident and that was the reasoning behind it. Once the vehicle was repaired, I called Liquid Capital and explained the Situation. I was assisted by friendly staff, Tiisetso R! Who quickly escalated the matter, after having submitted all supporting Documents. Matter was resolved same day and the Vehicle is up and running. Exceptional Service. Been using Liquid Capital from as far back as 2018 maybe - to date. Highly Recommend them.
