Missed service date due to lockdown

Name is Nontuthuko Im very angry with Liquid Capital just called to authorize my 90 000 service plan and there dont want to authorize as there saying I was suppose to bring the car in my question is in May the country was on lock down and we still on lock down and nobody communicated that we can bring the cars for service now and now there pointing figures to Hyundai saying there were suppose to let us know I find this very discussing and not fare as lock down was beyond our control and the authorization consultant that called was very rude to me to a point where I asked him to be calm If there was a way I was gone cancel this
