Misrepresentation of service offering
Signed up on 28 January indicating that I am looking for a service plan that will cover even major parts of my vehicles because I don't want to take my car for service and then find myself being slapped with a major bill: I indicated that I would rather be paying about R1000 a month instead of a lump sum. I was asked about my kilometres and indicated that my car had never missed a service but was at 120,000 but had been about 8000km late for the previous service. The gentleman who signed me up signed me up for 135,00 instead of 128,000 considering my car goes for 15,000 service intervals. After the 4 months waiting period, Liquid Capital send me an sms saying that I can use the service plan. I have paid 4 months in a row. Today, I took my car in for service and am told: 1) The service will not be covered, 2) the break-pads are also not covered. This is truly a misrepresentation of what was sold to me. Today, I am also told that I was signed up for a standard plan and that there is a better plan.
Every month, the service provider has been able to deduct their debit order from my account but when its time for them to pay - there are all kinds of excuses.
