Misleading Maintenance Plan
My sister noticed a funny noise when operating a vehicle, when she took it in to Renuault on 02/10/2017 and was informed that disks and brake pads are due for replacement, the mileage on the car is 29000 km. Cool, no problem the car was almost due for it's first service so she did not expect any big damage. The maintenance plan for her car is covered by Liquid Capital, they are refusing to pay for the replacement of the disks because of "abnormal" damage. What does that even mean to a normal user vehicles who doesn't know about technical aspects of a car? I contacted Rene at Liquid Capital who said "sorry we cannot help you our decision is final". The reason people take maintenance plans such as my sister did is to avoid making cash payments when repairs need to be done, now she must make a plan and get that extra R 2900.00. This is not fair, it is ****************, service providers such as Liquid Capital need to be exposed of their misleading and unfair practice and reputable companies such as Renault should care enough about such complains and start using ethical service providers.
Unhappy Client.
