Misleading information

I called Liquid Capital to confirm if the qoutation i recieved from BMW would be covered.

I gave Mmagone the consultant a scope of the maitanance work in detail and my current mileage.I was advised that Liquid Capital does not consider mileage especially on BMW's - they only look at the expiry date on the cover which is on March 2018 .The agent did not mention that my cover has now expired and that there will be no need for me to take my car in for service. She instead told me to take it in and BMW consultant will request authorisation. Was there really a need for me to go through all the trouble and to be told by BMW that i am now liable for R945 for a qoutation fee????This process was unnecessary and i took the initiative to contact my "trusted" service provider to give me guidance and they dismally failed to do so -somebody needs to take accoutability.

To cut the long story short - the agent failed to inform me immediately that i was no longer covered with the company - instead she told me that with BMW they look at the light indicator for service and not the millage on the vihecle.

I am not a happy customer and i will take this matter to the necessary authority if i have to.
