misleading agents

<p>My wife got a call from a liquid capital agent and according to her she was misled that she is getting a free 15000km service for signing up with mfc. He called again today and she said he spoke really fast and before she knew it he signed her up to a service plan and the fee will be added onto the vehicle installment. I then called customer care to find out what they offered her and told the agent that I would keep it if it's worth my while. She insisted that she couldn't help me until a week has passed. This is nonsense that nothing is explained clearly by these agents and they use code words to mislead you. I asked the customer care agent for her name and she dropped the call on me! After that I definitely will not being doing any business with this company. All my fellow consumers as soon as you hear liquid capital drop the call just like how they do when you call to query anything. I am reporting this to the NCC. </p>
