Miscommunication from a consultant, Unfair treatment refusing to amend plan

Very unhappy with the service I recieved from Liquid Capital recently when one of their consultants sold me a plan which did not meet the needs of my vehicle at the time. I had clearly advised the consultant that my mileage was sitting on 20+ below 30 000 and he joined me onto a plan which he stated I would be able to use by Jan 2024 for my next service. His communication during the arrangement was very ambiguos as he had said I would be sold a plan that would service for my next 30 000km only to find that my first service with them would only be as from 60 000km. I then queried this and asked if my plan could be amended and they refused and at right now I am currently sitting at 25 000km my car is due for a service soon and now I would have to fork out cash I do not have. I am very confused because I went into Hyundai and one of the service guys advised they that often agree to amend plans but they refused to amend mine. I cannot begin to express how disgusted I am by their service and miscommunication. I have also had to do follow ups myself when they said they would call me back. I cannot believe I had hope in Liquid Capital having been referred to them by a friend, I would not recommend it to anyone simply because of that one consultants miscommunication. I am not sure what I am supposed to do with a 60km plan when I am sitting at below 30 000km. Absolute inconsideration of this one consultant.
