I had the worst experience with their car service plan. My plan was about to expire, but they only called me regarding an extension and withheld information about its expiry date. I opted out; I was wasting money anyway, that was my biggest mistake because when service time came, they could not help me since my plan had expired, which I had fully paid for. I was not aware of the service date; I waited for service mileage like before. The only difference now was that I refused renewal.
