Majorly overpriced and horrible customer service

I opted for a quote from Liquid Capital for a service plan on my car after I received an SMS indicating that I qualify for 10% discount, should i take out a service plan within a specified time frame. Luckily i decided to do some research before accepting. For a 2-year service plan their price from Liquid Capital equals 230% of the actual price of the services and for a 3-year service plan the price from Liquid Capital equals 132% of the actual cost of the services. This even after the 10% discount was offered.

I have lodged a complaint/query with them and followed up multiple times only to be ignored. This is ridiculous service. Customers are only worth communicating with when there is money to be taken.

I recommend comparing prices before using Liquid Capital.
